The public booking flow

Open the Dodge House Hotel website and try a real direct booking.

Browse the hotel homepage
Notice the Best Rate Guaranteed badge in the header — click it to see the savings vs OTAs like Expedia and Booking.com.
Pick dates in the booking widget
Choose check-in / check-out dates and number of guests, then click Check availability.
Try a promo code
On the booking page, expand "Have a promo code?" and enter WELCOME10. Watch the discount apply in the price summary.
See the loyalty discount
In the guest email field, enter a known loyalty member email — e.g. silver@example.com. Their tier discount auto-applies (best-of vs the promo code).
Compare against OTAs
In the right sidebar, the OTA Price Comparison shows what the same stay would cost on Expedia, Booking.com and Hotels.com — and how much the guest saves by booking direct.

Dashboard overview
Start at the hotel Dashboard for KPIs: bookings, revenue, occupancy, and ADR at a glance.
Bookings
Open Bookings — see the reservation you just made, including the Promo column showing which code or tier discount was applied.
Loyalty → Members
Visit Loyalty & Rewards → Members to see enrolled guests, their tier, points balance and lifetime nights.
Tiers, Earning Rules & Catalog
Explore Tiers & Perks, Earning Rules, and the Rewards Catalog to see how points are awarded and redeemed.
Discount Programs
Open Discount Programs — the WELCOME10 code's Uses counter incremented after your test booking.
Content, Rooms & Revenue
Edit hotel content, manage rooms and inventory, or open Revenue for comp-set pricing and recommendations.
